Shipping Policy
Miragem Jewelry ("we" and "us") is the operator of (www.miragemjewelry.com) By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
Shipping partners
Generally we ship our products with Deutsche Post and DHL.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
Dispatch time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days after payment of order.
Items out of stock
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.
Transit time domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2-7 days
Transit time internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 7-15 days.
Tracking notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Import duties & taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Miragem Jewelry encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Miragem Jewelry at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
Return & Exchange Policy
Articles are accepted exchange or return if returned in salable condition within 14 days from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Please note we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Return shipping costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 75.00 €, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
